Property Member of the Week

Shane - Macon, IL

Shane owns an insurance business in the Macon area and bought his property as an investment opportunity. After cleaning up the space, he was looking for ways to generate revenue from the property when he discovered Truck Parking Club in January 2025.

With no background in trucking, Shane wasn't sure what to expect when he signed up. He took possession of the property on January 15th and went live with Truck Parking Club that same day. To his surprise, he had his first booking just two days later on January 17th.

Recently, he's seen an uptick in business with several fleets working out of nearby Decatur finding his location convenient - it's just about a 10-minute drive from where they're operating.

Shane has been impressed with Truck Parking Club's customer service, especially how they handle overstays and ensure proper payment. The platform has been a great fit for his investment property, providing steady revenue without requiring him to chase payments or manage the day-to-day operations.

Encouraged by the success, Shane is planning to extend the lot to give truckers more room, showing his commitment to serving the growing demand in the area.
