We’re always looking for feedback about your experiences with Truck Parking Club. Whether it’s feedback about the app/website, or about your experiences parking at one of our locations, we want to hear from you! This is open to Trucker Members and Property Members!

The button below will take you to a site where you’re able to record a quick video talking about your experiences. For Trucker Members who submit videos, we’ll send you a $25 promo code that you can put towards a future booking. For Property Members, we’ll credit you $25!

Product Showcase - Organizations

Organizations enable fleets to share a common payment method among their drivers. Organization managers can invite and manage their driver roster right from the truckparkingclub.com dashboard.

Steps to get started

  1. Reach out to Truck Parking Club customer care at 888-899-7275 and say you want to enable organization mode

  2. Enter organization details on dashboard

  1. Enter Payment method

  2. Check “Use card for all employees” and enter pin

  1. Invite and manage drivers by clicking “invite user” and entering their email

  1. Driver accepts invite - tell them to check email for invitation. If they have an account, log in and if they do not already have an account, create one.

Once they’ve signed in or created account, they simply need to accept the organization invitation!

  1. Success! Your drivers can now use your payment method of choice to book truck parking at Truck Parking Club locations across the US!
