We’re back with another Trucker Member survey this week. This time, we’re asking you for feedback about a Truck Parking Club subscription

This is brand new, so it’s open to all Trucker Members. Simply fill out the survey, hit submit, and the $10 promo code will appear on the next screen!

Beyond that, we’ve added a new product showcase section to the newsletter. Going forward, we’ll use this section to talk about Truck Parking Club features.

Product Showcase - Organizations

This week we’re highlighting Organizations.

Organizations enable fleets to share a common payment method among their drivers. Organization managers can invite and manage their driver roster right from the truckparkingclub.com dashboard.

Steps to get started

1. Reach out to Truck Parking Club customer care at 888-899-7275 and say you want to enable organization mode

2. Enter organization details on dashboard

3. Enter Payment method

4. Check “Use card for all employees” and enter pin

5. Invite and manage drivers by clicking “invite user” and entering their email

6. Driver accepts invite - tell them to check email for invitation. If they have an account, log in and if they do not already have an account, create one.

Once they’ve signed in or created account, they simply need to accept the organization invitation!

7. Success! Your drivers can now use your payment method of choice to book truck parking at Truck Parking Club locations across the US!
