We bought a cabover!

A 1978 International Transtar II, to be precise.

It's been a goal of ours since the beginning to buy a fully grown cabover to complement Tiny Trucker Tim, but it had to be the right one.

Luckily, friend of the company, owner op, and cabover enthusiast Chad Keegan found the right one in a barn in Muncie, IN. So, he did the deal and drove it down to the Clubhouse.

He will be helping us breath new life into it.

We have big plans for it and will be sharing the journey on our socials & Youtube.

The big picture: Multiple hazards this weekend. Heavy snow is hitting the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the Central High Plains. Freezing rain is a concern from the Upper Midwest tonight into Friday, then shifting to the Northeast Friday evening into Saturday. And a Slight Risk for both flooding and severe thunderstorms (including tornadoes) is in effect for the Lower Mississippi and Tennessee Valleys.

🌨️ Heavy Snow: Central High Plains (Tonight into Friday) Moderate to heavy snow over the Central and Southern High Plains tonight into Friday. 🧊 Freezing Rain: Upper Midwest (Tonight into Friday) Rain and freezing rain developing over the Upper Mississippi Valley and Upper Great Lakes. Roads will get slick, especially bridges and overpasses. MN conditions → | WI conditions →

🧊 Freezing Rain: Northeast (Friday Evening into Sunday) Pockets of freezing rain developing over Northern New England Friday evening into Saturday. Another round Saturday evening into Sunday over eastern New York and Northern New England. Take it slow and watch for icy patches. NY conditions → | VT conditions →

🌊 Flooding Risk: Tennessee Valley to Lower Mississippi Valley (Friday into Saturday Morning) Slight Risk (Level 2 of 4) for excessive rainfall as Gulf moisture streams north. Flash flooding possible in urban areas, low-lying spots, and near small streams.

⛈️ Severe Thunderstorms (Friday into Saturday Morning) Slight Risk (Level 2 of 5) for severe weather from the Lower Mississippi Valley into the Tennessee Valley. Threats include damaging wind gusts, hail, frequent lightning, and a few tornadoes. Stay weather-aware if you're in this zone.

🌧️ Pacific Northwest (Tonight into Early Friday) Coastal rain and higher elevation snow from onshore flow. Should taper early Friday morning. OR conditions → | WA conditions →
