Property Member of the Week
Paulette M - Riverton, WY

When Paulette and Jim from Riverton, WY bought her property back in 1983, they transformed a sagebrush field into the Jim Moss Arena Campground to host cow roping events. For years, the arena became a hub for the roping community, with them even launching "The Wrangler" magazine, which became the official publication for many rodeo and roping associations across the West.
Everything changed when the 2017 solar eclipse brought an unexpected wave of campers to Riverton. Seeing the demand, they pivoted her property into an RV and camping business, capitalizing on the scenic Wyoming location. The success of her camping venture soon led to adding Airbnb accommodations.
After discovering Truck Parking Club on Facebook, Paulette launched truck parking services in January, recognizing another opportunity to serve travelers passing through Wyoming. Her location offers Trucker Members free showers onsite, on top of the peace of the Wyoming countryside.
Despite being one of Truck Parking Club's most rural locations, Paulette and Jim’s Riverton property has performed well. Her success proves that truck parking demand exists everywhere - even in Wyoming's wide-open spaces - and that property owners in any location can tap into this growing market to generate reliable revenue.
