Amie B - Flagstaff, AZ

For 25 years, Amie has been running Northern Arizona Stone Creations, providing quality countertops to the Flagstaff community. The business has a large parking lot that was originally intended for storing countertop materials, but they never got around to using it for that purpose, leaving them with plenty of extra space.

When Amie received an email about Truck Parking Club in January 2025, she saw an opportunity to finally put that unused space to work. With no prior truck parking experience, she decided it was worth a shot - after all, the space wasn't being used for anything else.

Starting with just 2 parking spaces, Amie was pleasantly surprised by how well it went. The experience was smooth with no issues, making it easy for her to manage alongside her countertop business. Encouraged by the success, she recently expanded to 4 spaces to serve more truckers passing through Flagstaff.

Amie's story shows how sometimes the best business opportunities come from simply being open to trying something new. What started as unused space has become a reliable revenue stream that complements her established countertop business perfectly.
