🧮 Okay, okay… the legal eagles make me include the fine print about the “Wallet Terms of Use”, but unlike others, we present our rules in bold full-disclosure print:

• Wallet funds cannot be used for Monthly subscription payments.

• Funds deposited into your wallet are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. Once added, the wallet balance cannot be converted back to cash or any other payment method.
  

• Wallet funds are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or moved to another account — with the exception of fund utilization within Organizations.
  

• Debit/Credit Card deposits are instant. ACH deposits take 2–4 business days.
  

• If your wallet has a negative balance, you will not be able to book parking. You must first deposit enough funds to bring the balance to $0 or above.
  

• Any funds remaining in your Truck Parking Club wallet will be forfeited after 1 year of account inactivity. To keep your wallet active, simply log in or make a reservation within 12 months.

• Please ensure careful consideration before depositing funds.
