We recently added 3 locations in Alaska, and we’re on the lookout for more. While this is a nice milestone, we aren’t celebrating yet. Each day we’re working hard to add as many locations as possible for our Trucker Members to park at. We know our job isn’t even close to finished, so keep checking that map!

Kevin R - Perrysburg, OH

When you've got a 10-acre property just 2 miles from I-75 in Toledo, you start looking for ways to maximize every square foot. That's exactly what happened with Kevin, owner of Perrysburg Moving & Storage and Perrysburg Landscape, where smart space management has turned unused areas into a thriving truck parking operation.

The property already had a solid foundation with 5 acres converted to outdoor storage, accommodating 220 spots at full capacity for RVs and boats. After discovering Truck Parking Club on Facebook, Kevin carved out 7 dedicated truck parking spaces near the road, making it super easy for Trucker Members to access without navigating through the main storage area. Long-term bookings can even grab spots in the main storage lot when needed.

The results? He's seeing steady traffic of 1-2 trucks at a time and recently hit full capacity for the first time. The income is hands-off, and when he compares the numbers to what it takes to generate equivalent profit from his main businesses, truck parking wins on effort and risk every time.

With multiple tenants on site including his moving and landscape operations, plus a dog daycare, asphalt company, and roofing company, Kevin is proving that diversified property use combined with passive income streams is a winning formula.
