When JD took over Evans Grader & Paving from his father in 2020, he inherited more than just a successful excavation, earthwork, and construction business - he also got a 5-acre graveled yard. For years, this space had been perfect for parking their own heavy equipment, but JD saw potential for something more.

Started by his father in 1984, Evans Grader & Paving has grown into a full-service operation handling commercial and government earthwork projects. With plenty of equipment and expertise in ground preparation, JD knew his graveled yard could easily accommodate trucks - he just didn't want the headache of marketing and managing it himself.

That's when he discovered Truck Parking Club on Instagram. The platform offered exactly what he was looking for: a way to monetize his unused space without the administrative burden.
