Welcome to The Clubhouse!

More surveys!

Happy Friday!

This week, we’re officially unveiling our new HQ, The Clubhouse, located in Ringgold, GA - just south of Chattanooga, TN. It’s right along i75 and prominently features multiple billboards and banners along the property, so we’re hard to miss.

We're operating it as both headquarters and active truck parking facility with 40 spaces, giving us real-time feedback on our platform. Our team uses our own access control systems, booking platform, and operational tools daily - leading to rapid product improvements that benefit our entire network of 2,500+ locations.

This will be our only location. We are not in the business of buying or leasing property. But we’re certainly going to make the most of it. From meeting Trucker Members who park with us, to hosting Property Members onsite, to rapidly iterating our technology with real world experience, we’re confident The Clubhouse is going to improve Truck Parking Club as a whole.

In other news, we’ve got a new survey!

Did you know? By Trucker Traci

🚛 Trucker Traci Says: Don’t Bank on an Extension — It’s Not Guaranteed!

Hey there, drivers — it’s Trucker Traci again, and today I need to set the record straight about something I see almost every day: extension requests.

I know what it’s like. You park for a night, get some good rest, and decide you want to stay put a little longer. Totally understandable. But here’s the truth:

🔥 Extensions are NEVER guaranteed. 🔥

That spot you’re in? It might already be booked for another driver right after your reservation ends. And just like in a hotel — if someone else has paid for that room, you can’t just stay in it because you’re comfy. Same goes for your parking spot.

🚫 What Can Go Wrong If You Assume You Can Extend:

You Might Be in Someone Else’s Reserved Spot

Another driver might show up expecting that exact space. If you’re still parked there — that’s a problem for them, and for you.

It Can Lead to Tows or Conflict

If you overstay without a confirmed extension, the property may tow you or call us to resolve the issue — and that can get expensive fast.

It Creates a Mess for Everyone

Our whole system is built on reliability. If drivers don’t leave when their reservation ends, it causes a ripple effect of delays and frustration.

What You SHOULD Do Instead:

If you think you’ll need more time — get ahead of it.

Go into your account and check availability before your reservation ends

If it’s available, book the extension immediately

If it’s not available, you’ll need to move and we’ll help you find a new spot

💡 Pro Tip from Trucker Traci:

Don’t wait until the last minute. Once that spot’s gone, it’s gone.

🛑 Bottom Line:

Just because you’re already parked doesn’t mean you get to stay longer.

If another driver has a booking, we honor it — period.

At Truck Parking Club, we do our best to work with you and help you extend when we can, but it’s not a guarantee. The earlier you check, the better your chances.

🧭 Trucker Traci’s Signoff:

Park smart. Plan ahead. And don’t bet your load on a maybe.

~ Trucker Traci

Access Controls!

Truck Parking Club now offers an access control system that allows drivers to open gates at Property Member locations from their phones.

And it doesn’t cost a thing up-front or per month. It’s free to Property Members!

It’s already live at four locations!

Property Member of the Week

Thomas C - Richmond, VA

Thomas from Richmond, VA runs Crenshaw Realty Company, a small family real estate company. Like many property owners, Thomas had some experience with truck parking before, mostly just working with local fleets.

That all changed when Thomas discovered Truck Parking Club on Instagram in early June. Since coming onboard as a Property Member, his location has been incredibly successful.

What Thomas loves most about Truck Parking Club is the instant text notifications he gets when a booking comes in. It's a simple feature that makes a big difference - he always knows exactly when to expect Trucker Members at his location.

Before joining Truck Parking Club, Thomas had never offered public parking at this location. The platform made it easy to get started, handling all the marketing and customer service so he could focus on running his real estate business.

The customer service has been a standout for Thomas. Every interaction with the Truck Parking Club team has been smooth and helpful, making the whole experience feel more like a partnership than just a service.

Thomas's story shows how even small family businesses can successfully diversify their property use with the right platform. By leveraging Truck Parking Club's technology and support, he's been able to turn unused space into a income while providing Trucker Members in the Richmond area with valuable truck parking.

Thanks to Thomas and Crenshaw Realty Company for being Property Members and proving that great customer service and simple solutions can make all the difference in the truck parking business!
